Another part of the Under The Radar Festival, this was a live film production of old experimental Andy Warhol Films. Such an interesting concept – they walked us around the back to show how they were filming it live. It mostly portrayed Kitchen with nods to Sleep, Blowjob and Kiss. They explained the methods of Andy which was fun to hear while bringing up audience members to participate in the “screen tests.” They also got an audience member to participate in Kiss – man was that lady a good sport! Really awesome show!

Love Rent more than any show EVER! Volunteered to work at the show so I could get in to see the first night of the new Mark and Roger. I was skeptical when i saw the listing for who was taking over – I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but eh…yea not my favorite. That mark and that Roger would never be friends. Mark was WAY too nerdy and well – why on earth would they change the ethnicity of Roger. No loving the changes but at least it was sold out and the message of the show is out there (and happy to hear the old Mark is headed to Starcatcher!)
2012 Broadway Show #5 – Jan 19: On A Clear Day…

I wasn’t overly excited to see this one but i do enjoy Harry Connick Jr. I was pleasantly surprised! It was a lot like Promises Promises – a cute little show with bright colors and a 60s theme. I thought it was cute and very enjoyable – too bad more people didn’t rush out to see it!
